About Nikau Women
Hailing from New Zealand, Dr. Lauren Koedyk earned her Bachelor of Chiropractic from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. With a rich background in professional cycling and extensive global travel, she brings a unique and dynamic perspective to chiropractic care.
In 2014, she set down roots in Denver by founding Nikau Chiropractic. Recognizing the need for tailored professional development, she began offering women-specific education in 2017 and later launched Nikau Women to empower female chiropractors through specialized education, a supportive community, and meaningful service opportunities.

Nikau Women is a female-led chiropractic continuing education organization dedicated to empowering women in the chiropractic profession. We offer specialized courses, seminars, and retreats designed to address the unique needs and challenges of female chiropractors, helping them to grow both personally and professionally.
Our programs are specifically designed for female chiropractors and chiropractic students. Whether you are just starting out or looking to advance your skills, we have courses tailored to various levels of experience.
Most of our seminars, like the Women’s Adjusting Seminar, do not require prerequisites. However, some advanced seminars, such as Nikau 2.0, require completion of our foundational courses. Please check the specific course details for any requirements.
Our seminars offer a blend of hands-on practice (in-person sessions), interactive learning, and community-building activities. You’ll learn essential chiropractic techniques, refine your skills, and connect with a supportive community of female chiropractors. Yes, our seminars are designed to provide you with valuable continuing education material. However, please check the specific requirements of your state as our seminars are not co-sponsored by universities.
We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy provides you with a full refund up to 2 weeks prior to an in-person seminar. Once within the two-week window you may transfer your registration to another Nikau seminar. Please check the details of Surf+Service for its specific policies. We’re here to work with you if your plans change.
